Excise Duty Return Policy (UPDATED)

UPDATED on December 28th, 2022.

As of 28th of December, 2022. The acceptance of returning the vape product has ended and all the returns made after the date mentioned earlier WILL NOT be accepted.

Please allow 3-4 weeks to process, sort and issue credits. If your return is not processed within 4 weeks, please contact us by email at support@onewholesale.ca for an update.

onewholesale.ca Excise Duty Return Policy

Starting October 1st, 2022, the government will be imposing a federal excise tax on all vaping substances. We at onewholesale.ca understand that as a retail store owner, you must have a question regarding return on vaping products for not stamped vape products in your inventory. To help our customers, we will accept the return on Vape products purchased after November 1st 2022. 

Due to these changes, onewholesale.ca has planned its excise policy in a way to maximize your profit and minimize your risks of being stuck with any unstamped vape products after 31st December 2022.  

 

Return and Exchange Policy

Customers can return all products that were purchased after November 1st 2022. 

  • All returns will require an invoice for the purchases made throughout this period. All items being returned must match the invoice from this time period.
  • Damaged, Used, or Open-sealed items WILL NOT be accepted for a return.
  • Return can be accepted for full display package only.
  • Refunded amount will be exchanged to a store credit.
  • Customers return any unsold inventory due to an excessive amount of purchase which does not match from usual buying amount will not be accepted.

 

Return Process

We will accept all return until December 27th 2022 so all customers have enough time to coordinate and ship back products to us.

All return will take 3-4 weeks to process, sort and issue credits. If your return is not processed within 4 weeks, please contact us by email at support@onewholesale.ca for an update.

 

How to process a return

1. Fill out the return form with all the required information.

2. Send one copy to support@onewholesale.ca

3. Print a copy then attach to your return package.

Please note forms with incomplete information may take longer to process or may even be rejected for credit.

 

Return Shipping Fees

All return shipping fees must be paid by the customers. However onewholesale.ca will credit an extra 2% along with the credit for products received. This is to help our customer cover the shipping costs as we do understand this is a difficult time for all.

 

Return Timeline

All the returns MUST be received at our facility by December 27th 2022 to be processed, any packages received after this date, due to any kind of delays will be rejected. Anything that is received after this date will not be credited and will be destroyed at customer's expense. NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

Availability of Stamped Products & Pricing:

onewholsale.ca will start offering Excise stamped products in the middle of December 2022.

New Pricing for excise stamped product will be announced when it is available.
