Shipping Delays Due to “Every Child Matters” Day Observance

As we approach Monday, September 30th, we honor the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, also known as “Every Child Matters.” This day serves as a time to reflect on and recognize the profound impact of Canada’s residential school system on Indigenous communities. Many Canadians take this day to remember and support reconciliation efforts.

In observance of this important day, some courier companies will be closed or operating with limited capacity, which means shipping delays are expected over the weekend and into the following week. These closures will likely cause some of your orders to be delayed, especially for shipments placed between Friday, September 29th, and Monday, October 2nd. We ask for your understanding and encourage customers to order in advance to avoid any disruptions.

While honoring this day, we want to take a moment to reflect on its significance and appreciate your patience during this period. We are committed to ensuring your orders are processed as quickly as possible when regular operations resume.

Thank you for your support, and let’s take this time to reflect on the importance of reconciliation.
